About the error of activating Vocaloid products.

We have been receiving many inquiries about the failure when activating VOCALOID products including HATSUNE MIKU V3 since last night of 26th September 2013. Although we assume that the cause of this incident is due to the traffic surge at the Activation Server, currently we are trying to confirm details of the issue with YAMAHA. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Meanwhile, you can use our VOCALOID products for 14 days after the installation without completing the activation. Therefore, please try activating the product once again after a short while.

There will be a possibility that a similar error might occur for the next few days when the access flocks to the Activation Server. If that happens, please try once again after a while.
