For users who have already updated their software, please follow the procedure below to revert to the previous version until the correction is complete.

Win:

1. Download “Piapro Studio VSTi / AU v2.0.4.3 (Win) Installer for a rollback”.
   – Those who purchased a package version of Crypton VOCALOID3 product. VOCALOID4 product or download version
     from the Crypton WEBsite can download the updata from this sapport page.
   – Those who purchased the download version with SONICWIRE can download the updata from this sapport page.
   – You will need to log in to your Crypton EC site or SONICWIRE account where the product is registered.
2. Uninstall Piapro Studio VSTi x64.
3. First run the 2.0.4.1 installer.
4. Then run the 2.0.4.3 updater.

Mac:

1. Download “Piapro Studio VSTi / AU v2.0.4.17 (Mac) Installer for a rollback”.
   – Those who purchased a package version of Crypton VOCALOID3 product. VOCALOID4 product or download version
     from the Crypton WEBsite can download the updata from this sapport page.
   – Those who purchased the download version with SONICWIRE can download the updata from this sapport page.
   – You will need to log in to your Crypton EC site or SONICWIRE account where the product is registered.
2. Run the 2.0.4.17 installer.
