Studio One- The massage “”this product key has been already registered”” appears.

When you resister the product key of Studio One Artist Piapro Edition, in case that the message “this product key has been already registered”, it means that the product key you entered has been already registered for another account. You can resister the product key for only one account. When you have registered it before, you can’t use it for other accounts.

1. Check whether you have a different Presonus account from the one you use this time.
*When you have created a Presonus account before, Presonus sent you registration mail to your registered mail address. When you have another Presonus account or you forgot it, check your mail box of another mail address you have whether there is the registered confirmation mail of the Presonus.

2. When you confirmed that you had another account in the first procedure, after once you log out from the Presonus user page which you log in now, log in again with another Presonus account you have.
*You can log out by clicking the “log out” button at upper right of Presonus user page.
*When you forget the password of the Presonus account, you can reset the password here.

3. When you log in to another account with second procedure, check whether “Studio One Artist OEM” is registered in the “software” tab of “My product” button at upper right of the user page.
*Even though the picture is the one of the page in English, the procedure is same as the page in Japanese.
