When you sign in to Studio One or activate it, in case the message “please log in to my.presonus.com and accept the most recent terms of use..” appears, log in to the user account of Presonus and when the yellow bar appears at the bottom of the account window, click the link for agree to the terms of service and confirm again.

When you fill to activate the VOCALOID voice library, there are the resins below. ・Executing by the account that doesn’t have administrator rights. When you activate the VOCALOID voice library, log-in the account that has administrator rights, and execute “setup.exe” at “execute as a administrator” item in the context menu. ・Caused by security software or some other software. About the error of activating Vocaloid products.

We have been receiving many inquiries about the failure when activating VOCALOID products including HATSUNE MIKU V3 since last night of 26th September 2013. Although we assume that the cause of this incident is due to the traffic surge at the Activation Server, currently we are trying to confirm details of the issue with YAMAHA.
